Sam Yeung was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Sydney. She graduated with Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at UNSW prior to completing her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. 

She has been involved in different codes of field sports since the beginning of her career, where she began as an intern Physiotherapist at GWS Giant AFL club in 2019. She was a Lead Physiotherapist at Southern District Rugby Union Club and Sunny Bank Rugby Union Club for the Womens and Colts sides. She travelled with Barraneer Rugby 7’s Womens team to Samoa in 2022, and Australian Schoolgirls Rugby League to Papua New Guinea in 2023. Sam is currently the Lead Physiotherapist for South Sydney Rabbitohs Tarsha Gale and Harvey Norman cups.

Sam is interested in all sporting injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, particularly with shoulder, hips and knee injuries. She is also passionate about helping pole dancers and gym based athletes/ weekend warriors, such as powerlifters and Crossfitters, due to her personal sporting interests. She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription and clinical pilates to help her clients.
