Runners are less likely to develop osteoarthritis (OA) than people who don’t run or exercise. In other words, running can actually protect your joints! If you have been past our clinic recently you may have noticed we have a new name on our signage. After a couple of years as Manly Gymnastics Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic it was time for a change. We want to make sure everyone feels welcome at our friendly clinic, not just gymnasts, so have changed our clinic name to Warringah Physiotherapy. Our physiotherapists have had a huge amount of experience in working with athletes from many sports and love to help anyone get
